Waiting lists and ticket alerts

When an event is sold out, you have two options: you can either register on our website to be alerted by email if tickets go back on sale, and/or join the waiting list at the venue, starting one hour before the performance.

Discount on train tickets

Thanks to the Discovery Ticket of the NMBS/SNCB, you can travel to the festival by train at 50% off. When buying a ticket for the festival, you will receive a promo code enabling you to book a round trip ticket to a Brussels station or to Zaventem, from a Belgian station of your choice. Visit sncb.be/discovery to book your train ticket as of  9 April 2025. Select the date of your round trip and then fill in the NMBS/SNCB code mentioned on your Kunstenfestivaldesarts ticket. You can either print out the ticket or save it as a PDF file on your smartphone. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our ticket office.

Solidary ticket

Participate in the solidarity ticket fund by adding €1 or more when purchasing your tickets. The tickets collected in this way are entirely redistributed to people experiencing financial difficulties or groups attending the festival through a social organisation, who can contact our mediation team to request them.
Thanks to the solidarity ticket fund, associations such as Dakh, Sortir avec les mains, L'Autre Lieu, or Cinemaximiliaan, for example, were able to attend the festival in previous editions.

Solidaire douche solidaire

By donating €5 to DoucheFLUX when purchasing your tickets, you provide a ‘solidarity shower’ to a person experiencing homelessness or subsistence poverty.
